Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has clean rooms where the staff is really nice, but the carpet needs replacement. The pools are enjoyable for families, though the hot tub could be improved. The efforts are visible, but more work is needed. The onsite full breakfast is no longer available, but the lobby is clean and quiet.
The hotel offers a decent stay with some positives like a nice workout room and steam room, although the cancellation was a bit difficult through the booking platform. The cleanliness of rooms was not perfect with some hair on pillows.
The hotel is making efforts to improve but has some areas that need attention. The rooms could use better cleanliness as there were some issues with hair on pillows. The staff is friendly, but the hotel lacks certain amenities like a full breakfast. Overall, not a bad choice for Maniwaki, but there are improvements needed.
